Return & Exchange Policy
We want your shopping experience with us to be exceptional. Here's how we handle returns and exchanges:
General Return Policy: Unless there's a fabrication flaw, fault, or damage, returns or exchanges are not accepted. Please note that goods returned to us after a month will not be accepted.
Returning a Faulty Item: If you receive a faulty item in your wholesale order, please contact us via email or WhatsApp Support Line provided below. We'll guide you through the process and may ask for pictures or videos of the item for assessment.

The faulty item must be returned unused, in its original condition, with all accessories intact and undamaged. Failure to meet these conditions will result in the inability to refund or exchange.
Ensure the following conditions are met:
-The item's packaging should be undamaged with all contents intact.
-If the product protection tape is removed or damaged, a refund will not be accepted.
-Items must be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.
-Use the original box or a similar-sized box for return shipment to avoid complications.

Return Process: Once we receive the returned item, we'll assess it against our return policies. If the item meets the criteria, refunds or exchanges will be processed within 2-10 business days. If not, the item will be resent to your address. You'll be notified via WhatsApp once the refund/exchange is completed.
Damaged Item During Shipping: If your package appears damaged upon receipt, please request a damage report from the shipping company. Any damage caused during shipping must be claimed and proved to the shipping company.Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Item: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you can return it to us free of charge. Please contact us promptly to arrange for the return.
Exclusions: Returns or exchanges do not apply to defects, failures, or damage caused by improper use or inadequate maintenance and care.
